Relocation of Head office to Qurtaba site

We are pleased to announce that on-site-development has enabled us now to move our head office to Qurtaba Site. Not only we would be able to keep a close eye on the development activities but this rearrangement will help us cutting the operational cost and diverting it towards project development. Relocation of the office taking place on 15 April 2012, is a milestone toward achieving the objective of starting handing over the plots in first quarter of 2013.

Possession of Phase 1 plots

We are excited to announce that possession of phase 1 plots will be started from early 2013. This long awaited day has become so close now; we are thankful to all of our valuable customers for their patience and trust in us. Alhamdulillah, we have overcome the abundant problems and the dream of this peaceful city is about to come true.
Since the development activities cause enormous pressure on our cash flow, we request our honorable customers to please pay their dues as early as possible so that the development process may not suffer.

Infrastructure Development of Phase 1

To speed up the development and to meet our target possession date of Phase 1 plots, two new contracts of worth Rs. 100 million have been made recently. With the addition of these two new developers, we now have 4 companies working on the site. New contractors are appointed to develop the sewerage, drainage and water supply system in phase 1.
We are also working on the development of schools, masjids, commercial markets and provision of electricity. The pioneer residents will not only have the credit of being the initiators but shall also have the chance to benefit from the various economical opportunities.

Commercial plots will be available soon

Sector/Block and central level commercial plots will be offered for sale very soon. Technical specifications and sales policy for these plots is currently under process. Markets and shopping malls are placed wisely throughout the city, starting from small markets in block and sectors to gigantic shopping malls around the university shall host variety of businesses to facilitate day to day and occasional shopping needs. Commercial plots shall be booked on first come first serve basis. Don’t forget to register yourself if you are interested in purchasing a commercial plot.
