Transferring a plot to nominee

Following documents are required to transfer a plot to nominee. In case of death of actual plot holder, the plot is transferred to nominee declared

1.  ‘Death Certificate’ of the deceased plot holder (attested by local government, for overseas resident(s), attested by Embassy )
2. Original Booking Letter/Allotment Letter
3. Receipts of all payments made
4. Application by nominee addressing ‘Vice Chairman Madinatul Ilm’ stating the death of the deceased plot holder and transfer of plot to the nominated person as per Madinatul Ilm records
5. An affidavit with statements from all the beneficiaries that they will not claim any rights to plot, along with their signatures, thumb impression and copies of C.N.I.C
6. Completely filled new application form by nominee
7. Copy of C.N. I. C. of the nominee
8. Transfer fee of Pak Rs 100 per Sq. ft of Land

N.B:

-          Madinatul Ilm can demand any document(s) other than above (if required) for   completing the transfer process

-          There is NO transfer fee if nominee is a blood relation
