Following documents are required to transfer a plot to nominee. In case of death of actual plot holder, the plot is transferred to nominee declared
- ‘Death Certificate’ of the deceased plot holder (attested by local government, for overseas resident(s), attested by Embassy )
- Original Booking Letter/Allotment Letter
- Receipts of all payments made
- Application by nominee addressing ‘Vice Chairman Madinatul Ilm’ stating the death of the deceased plot holder and transfer of plot to the nominated person as per Madinatul Ilm records
- An affidavit with statements from all the beneficiaries that they will not claim any rights to plot, along with their signatures, thumb impression and copies of C.N.I.C
- Completely filled new application form by nominee
- Copy of C.N. I. C. of the nominee
- Transfer fee of Pak Rs 100 per Sq. ft of Land
N.B:
- Madinatul Ilm can demand any document(s) other than above (if required) for completing the transfer process
- There is NO transfer fee if nominee is a blood relation
